Requirements
All five gates
- All five public gates of the method passed.
- Evidence tier disclosed on the card.
- Disclosure on the card wherever a monetized action exists.
- Methodology-first ordering confirmed.
Human gate
- High-risk verdicts require cleared human review.
- Cleared high-risk verdicts record who cleared them and when.
- Until that seat is filled, high-risk verdicts do not ship sealed.
Public receipts
- The sealed verdict lives in the public archive.
- The full evidence remains readable end to end.
- Attribution is present on every sealed verdict.
What voids it
- Evidence basis collapses.
- Method version changes in a way the verdict would fail.
- Attribution becomes false.
